Tive a sorte de experimentar o menu de degustação do Diwali, que oferecia pratos como o “Khasta Mug” – uma tarte tikka de frango com chutney de frutos silvestres misturados com cominhos – e o “Changezi Champen” – costeleta de borrego Romneys marinada com funcho e anis estrelado, com couve-rábano, cavolo nero e jus. É preciso dizer que foi algo fora do comum e que recomendo vivamente uma visita a este sítio chique e escondido, se estiver no centro da cidade.
