Now you can hit the sack without getting the sack with Brick Lane’s new pop-up nap station. Why has it taken this long for someone to come up with a well-needed drop-in kip spot for exhausted Londoners, we wonder? It’s a well known fact that regular naps increase productivity (duh) so tell your boss to nod off and tuck up. Don the pjs and swing by The Nap Station and recharge your batteries, your time has come fellow snoozy Londoners!
From today until July 10, bespoke nap pods will be available in a comfortable open plan space with charging docks, a sleep-well clinic and free artisan coffee (3pm-4pm). The nests will be draped in eve Sleep’s luxe bedding so this really will be the cosiest cafe in town. Zzzzzz…
The Nap Station is open until July 10 at Shop 11, The Old Truman Brewery, Dray Walk, E1 6QL, Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm; Saturday–Sunday, 10am–5pm.
