For a Friday night filled with colour, costumes and a carnival vibe, look no further. Festival of the Dead, hosted at London’s famous and well-loved indie venue, Troxy, promises to be a night like no other. There’ll be impressive circus acts, acrobats, giant skull processions and lots of tequila-induced fun. Think Cirque du Soleil, just with a few more DJs and a lot more booze…
Expect performances from dance troupe, The Skulls, as well as house DJs, live music and costumed dancers… all with a Latino twist. There’ll also be lots of face paint (obviously), giant Mexican piñatas, confetti cannons and a mesmerising light show to help you get into the carnival spirit. The Festival of the Dead event will take place at Troxy on Friday 31st March, starting at 9pm and finishing at 2am.
Festival of the Dead has been in 5 different cities across the UK and Europe, and they’ve proven to be hugely popular events. Fusing burlesque shows, halloween and carnival vibes, the night will be nothing like anything you’ve ever experienced before. Get your tickets here.
You’ll find Troxy at 490 Commercial Road, E1 0HX (nearest station is Limehouse or Shadwell).
