Jolt head-first into immersive games inspired directly from the monumental Netflix series. Eerily realistic sets from the fractious universe are recreated with eye-twitching detail, as you and other contestants step straight into the universe from one of the most famous, messy stories to ever grace our screens. Except, now, you’re dead-centre in the middle of the action in-person. Across 5 super-interactive multiplayer games (each inspired from the series, so you might just know how to do it if you’re smart enough!), it’s time to put your skills to the test. 5. Challenge and activate all of your senses at SENSAS – A Unique Multisensory Experience which supports social change
Head out with your mates (either your best ones, or your work crew) to SENSAS London – a challenging teamwork experience partially in pitch blackness, where all of your senses come together at the supportive hands of a tour guide, who’ll take you through the many tasks. Smell, touch, hear, and blag your way around the darkened experience. It’s intense, and designed to push you to your limits in-order to make your way around. Young ‘uns 7+ are allowed to participate. Across a couple of hours, your group are challenged to run on pure adrenaline while feeling all the emotions. Think of Total Wipeout but involving Sandra from Finance.
Participating doesn’t just give your group a hearty dose of self-satisfaction at smashing it, but helps contribute to social causes. Each completed challenge gives you charms, each of which supports initiatives who assist people with disabilities.

6. Walk like an Egyptian at Tutankhamun: The Immersive Exhibition
History buffs, get your VR headsets on, and let’s time travel back to Ancient Egypt. The authentic, sparkling immersive experience is a sure-win for fans of Tutankhamun, and Egypt’s history. Groups can take in *inhales*: 8m-high immersive projections, a 360º VR experience, an interactive digital “metaverse” room, replicas and artefacts directly from Cairo (I bet there’s more vases than the Home section of Tk Maxx), and a hologram room showing the full mummification process of Pharaoh Tutankhamun.
*Exhales*. Well, that’s alright, innit? The immersive mapping room is one of Europe’s biggest (I bet they’re bigger than the ones on the famous tube map), but we won’t take our rulers out to compare). An AI photo booth transforms your group into authentic-looking citizens of ancient Egypt.

7. Jump into mobs, biomes, and gems with Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue
Get your quest on at the Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue. Your group becomes the players of the game itself as you use a hand-held orb (cube) to collect items, waving frantically at responsive VR screens, and ultimately rescue the wee digital people who are under attack from enemies. It’s bonkers in a cool way. This one is definitely a heavyweight favourite for kids and their parents, so bear that in mind. Spend a physical afternoon jumping around to grab items, throwing physical softballs at targets (the baddies), and totting up your scores against your comrades. I can only imagine the energy in the multiple rooms as groups of school children can come along to collect wood and make items.

Beginning with a live band playing a pre-show, slip into your seat for a complete micky-take riff of the original story. Step back into the 1920s for classic cocktails, a bespoke 3-course fine dining menu, and the small, hilarious, matter of solving a murder. With full-throated murder-mystery gusto, head back into roaring twenties’ London, where you dine on delicious food while being a passenger on a mysterious locomotive.
While sipping drinks from the Seven Sins bar, the story unfolds with pomp and camp abandon, and it’s up to you to solve it. Just make sure you’ve swigged your glass dry first. Well, howdy, bootlegger! If you like handcrafted cocktails with a distinctly Southern charm, and solving the strange caper of rookies VS bandits, come on down to The City of London. Flanked by a charming cast of actors, you’ll need to play the part.
