We’ve had rainbow bagels, we’ve had rainbow toasties, hell, we’re practically pooping rainbows. But there’s a new kid on the block, and it’s pretty bloody magical. Let us introduce you to rainbow croissants, aka an Instagrammer’s dream.
These wonderful (if slightly unnecessary) creations are made by Sarah Barber, executive pastry chef at Hotel Café Royal. Not only are they ridiculously colourful but they’re also bursting with fruity flavours, including mango and passionfruit, sour amarena cherry, citrus and maple syrup, and pistachio.
