What could possibly be better than brunch? Brunch when you’re high…

…up. High up. Or by a river. Actually, pretty much anywhere in eyeshot of nice pretty Londony things. Here’s a few for your books:

1. Bōkan

Bōkan offers a truly unique brunch experience: think veal and pork terrine starters and duck breast with loquat mains. Not only is there great grub, but you can also enjoy bottomless prosecco and 360° views of the city from their roof terrace.

You’ll find Bōkan at 40 Marsh Wall, Isle of Dogs, near Canary Wharf, E14 9TP

2. Perkin Reveller

Perkin Reveller has a prime location on the north side of Tower Bridge, right by the Tower of London. Their weekend brunch menu is reasonably priced (£4.50-£8.50 per dish) and boasts a bunch of winning classics, including eggs benedict and smashed avo on toast. Their selection of topped sourdough toast is the nuts (some of them literally are nuts), and even their porridge is a strong contender.

3. Aviary Rooftop

Aviary‘s weekend brunch offering has basically anything and everything you could ever think of. From scrambled eggs on toast to fried nutella and marshmallow sandwiches, you can pretty much guarantee a long decision-making process before anything reaches your mouth. This relatively new rooftop not only has incredible views over London, but the immediate setting is also beautiful. Reserve a spot, tuck into one of their fancy crumpets or tasty skillets, and pair it with a cheeky brunch-time daiquiri. Weekend = sorted.

Find Aviary Rooftop at 22-25 Finsbury Square, near Liverpool Street/Moorgate/Old St, EC2A 1DX

4. Coppa Club

What better place to brunch than in a beautiful Mediterranean cabana surrounded by roses and wisteria? Positioned perfectly along the Thames with smashing views of the city, Coppa Club is the perfect summer hotspot for the times when you’d quite like to be holidaying in Tuscany, but your bank account says “are you having a laugh?”. Sip on White Peach Sangrias and scoff your face with avocado on toast, and you’ll instantly find yourself in the most Instagrammable scenario ever created. Read more about their brunch offerings here.

Find Coppa Club at 3 Three Quays Walk, Lower Thames St, near Tower Hill, EC3R 6AH
