You. Radio Alice. And ONE THOUSAND slices of pizza. Sounds too good to be true, right? Think again…
Pizza perfectionists Radio Alice are known for amazing pizzas, and now they’re hoping to master the art of partying too. This week, the Italian stallions are serving up one thousand slices of pizza, along with some cracking cocktails. Just because it’s almost the end of the year, and they fancied a big ol’ knees-up!
As far as we’re concerned, you don’t need an excuse to throw a pizza party, but Radio Alice have a good one anyway. They’re trying to choose a new guest cocktail, but are finding it too darn hard. So naturally, they’re soliciting your help to find the answer – and clearly they know the way to your heart! The parties are happening at the Hoxton branch on Wednesday 29th November, and at the Clapham joint on Thursday 30th, and some local friends are helping them out.
In Hoxton, they’ve partnered with local speakeasy Happiness Forgets and the East London Liquor Company, whilst Clapham sees them paired with Minnow and ELLC again. Together, they’ve created three unique cocktails, all of which are included in the price of your ticket. Guests will vote on their favourite one, and the winner will spend a month gracing the Radio Alice menu.
Presumably they doubted that expertly-made cocktails would get your attention, hence the small matter of the mille slices. Music from DJs Frankie Stew and Harvey Gunn will complete the party atmosphere. Far superior to those Pizza Hut parties you went to in the late 90s! Tickets cost £15, which includes three cocktails and pizza, and you can grab them here. Maybe bring a buddy rather than attempting to eat a thousand slices on your own, though.
