Brunch lovers unite! Boy, does Boisdale of Mayfair have a treat in store for you. As of Wednesday 12th April, Boisdale have a brand spanking new all-day breakfast menu that features eight different varieties of egg. So, whether you prefer goose or gull, Boisdale has well and truly got you covered.

With 320 different possible menu combinations, you can pimp your breakfast to perfection. Stick with the classic poached hen’s egg on crushed avo’ or go rogue with quails’ eggs and butter poached lobster, topped with a blood orange hollandaise. Yes, you heard me… a blood orange hollandaise sauce.

All of their eggs are sustainably sourced and can all be served four ways. You can even order a mighty ostrich egg (the equivalent of 24 hen’s eggs) or a rhea egg (equivalent to 10 hen’s eggs) to share with your nearest and dearest! What better way could there be to celebrate the Easter weekend than to stuff your face with eggs?
