1. The Blind Pig
‘Dill or No Dill’, being served up at The Blind Pig in Soho, is a delightful mix of Tanqueray gin, lemon juice, elderflower syrup, cucumber water and smoked salt, with a fragrant fresh dill garnish. All we need is some smoke salmon canapés, and we’re rollllling.

2. Junipalooza
Junipalooza is something for the drink-hard gin fans. Falling conveniently on the weekend of World Gin Day, this gin festival will be running this Saturday and Sunday (11th-12th June) at London’s Tobacco Docks. There’ll be a selection of tasters from 40 different makers and 95 unique gins. You can get your tickets for the festival on Fever here.

3. German Gymnasium
This summer, guests at German Gymnasium can enjoy the light and citrus ‘Ikebana’ cocktail. Based on the Japanese art of flower arranging, the ‘Ikebana’ blends Tanqueray 10, elderflower cordial, matcha and lemon juice and is garnished with a single, edible orchid. The cocktail will be a very special £7 during ‘Flower Hour’, every weekday from 5pm – 7pm.

6. Old Bengal Bar
Take a trip to Old Bengal Bar’s Jungle Book Terrace, where you can enjoy the aptly named ‘Mowgli’ cocktail, made with Tanqueray Gin, Yellow Chartreuse, Vida Mezcal, pineapple juice, elderflower cordial, lemon juice, thyme and garnished with edible flowers. Sure beats the Bare Necessities…
