Dishes from all over the world are served from stalls and trucks with regular options including Venezuelan beef arepas, vegan hand-made pasta, Brazilian chorizo wraps, Belgian waffles and the ubiquitous (but undeniably delicious) pulled pork in a soft brioche bun.
