Raise Your Hands, an extremely pro-active fundraising community, has teamed up with ex-Masterchef contestant Charlie Wethered to bring a sizzling new pop-up restaurant to East London: Hot Plates. The last seating is Saturday 13th February, so if this gets you salivating, you better act fast!
The concept combines great food, fundraising and lots of fun in one delicious package. Every table is given their own sizzling hot plate, alongside a mouthwatering selection of premium cut beef. Choose from four tasty marinades, all created by Charlie himself. Once you’ve made your (ever so tricky) decision, you can then sizzle up your meat right at your table… watching it in anticipation. So whether you like it rare, medium or well-done, you can cook your steak to perfection.
Ordering your meal is pretty nifty too (thanks to the tech know-how of the guys who run BPL Digital). You’re each given an iPad with the restaurant’s own app, meaning the service is seamless and payment is cash free. It couldn’t be easier.
