While you’re running (definitely not) or cheering on the London Marathon runners as they pace the 26.2 mile route, you may want to grab an eyeful of the properties along the way. And now, you can look on these areas with new knowledge, as WeRoom have created a map which shows the average rent prices of each area the Marathon passes.
The map reveals that the first stretch of the race offers cheaper rent prices, with an average monthly cost of £693 in Woolwich. It seems that homes surrounding the final miles are the most costly, with Westminster’s average monthly rent costing £1,182. So, basically, it only gets tougher and more painful from the get go guys! We reckon we’d begin to hit the runner’s wall at London Bridge.
