Throughout the summer, the pasta pundits will collaborate with top chefs and food writers to bring thirsty Londoners limited-edition serves each and every month. If you pay a visit in July, you’ll be treated to a Jamaican Sorrel Slushy from Melissa Thompson but the next few months will also see the likes of a Poona Colada Slushy from Amy Poon and a Mezcalita Slushy from Ixta Belfrage. 2. Funkidory, Peckham
Peckham based cocktail bar, Funkidory, have taken the humble paloma and made it a little bit pinker and whole lot icier. Their frosè paloma combines rosè wine, tequila and homemade pink grapefruit cordial to make one of the coolest cocktails in town.

On the top floor of art’otel in Battersea Power Station, you’ll find JOIA, a vibrant rooftop bar that will transport you straight to the streets of Lisbon. 10. Acme Fire Cult, Dalston
Taking the final spot on our list of the best frozen boozy beverages in London is Dalston eatery, Acme Fire Cult. This is another one for the commitment-phobes among us as they’re offering a weekly rotating selection of boozy slushies throughout the summer. Expect to see the likes of a low-waste watermelon margarita (combining a watermelon shrub made using surplus from Acme’s kitchen, tequila and white port) and a Harvey Headbanger (made with vodka, Galliano, bergamot and orange). Brain-freeze has never sounded so appealing.
