These boozers are so festive that you might just spot old saint Nick hanging around with a glass of sherry.
1. The Churchill Arms
Already declared as London’s most Christmassy pub, it’s hard to beat The Churchill Arms‘ extravagant seasonal display.
19 Kensington Church St, Kensington, London W8 7LN
2. The George, Mount Street Mayfair
Unfortunately, The George is a private member club. However, non-members (like us) can still appreciate its exteriors.
87-88 Mount St, Mayfair, London W1K 2SR
3. The Dickens Inn, St Katherine’s Docks
Shimmering on the water’s edge, this picturesque looking pub does Christmas subtlety beautifully.
Marble Quay, Saint Katherines Way, London E1W 1UH
4. The Book Club, Shoreditch
The ever-popular Shoreditch bar, which is always draped in a curtain of fairy lights, has put some rather twinkly touches inside this year.
100-106 Leonard St, London EC2A 4RH
5. Shakespeare’s Head, Carnaby
The Shakespeare’s Head is looking pretty sparkly. Plus, you can’t get much more Christmassy than having Carnaby on your doorstep.
29 Great Marlborough St, Carnaby, London W1F 7HZ
6. The Grafton, Kentish Town
A local Christmas favourite for the Secret London team, this boozer is putting out all the stops for festivities; it will be hosting both a Christmas market and a singalong evening, as well as serving up special seasonal menus. Fond out more here.
20 Prince of Wales Rd, Kentish Town, London NW5 3LG
7. The Ivy Kensington Brasserie
A rather extravagant and elegant affair is going on outside the Ivy Brasserie on Kensington High Street this year. Pop in for a cocktail, or three – although it’s so pretty, we’re not surprised if you decide to brave the cold and stay outside.
96 Kensington High St, Kensington, London W8 4SG
