Many of us (myself included) are clinging on by a thread to that January resolution of regularly hitting the gym in 2022.
It might have felt easier at first but, invariably, life can get in the way. Maybe you’re feeling it in the pocket slightly more, or perhaps you’ve begun heading into the office again, which can make it more tricky to attend your local gym before or after work.
However, office supplier Officeology may have provided the helping hand you need to keep going as the year progresses past the honeymoon January period for resolutions.
They’ve whipped up these handy tube maps, which will show you where your nearest, cheapest and most expensive gyms are to stations in central London.
While you may think that gyms in the centre are out of reach (admittedly, some are extortionate), this map shows that some locations offer up memberships for as little as £14.99 a month (you’re winning if you’re close to Hounslow West station, that’s all I’ll say!), which may prove a godsend when fitting in a workout around your busy office hours.
The cheapest class found in the study was at Resistance PT near the Elm Park District Line station, where you can head for a quick Boxing, MMA or Kickboxing class.
In the maps you’ll find your closest local fitness studios, dance studios, pilates, boxing and personal trainers within a 15 minute walk of each London tube stations, giving you ample time to cram in a session during your lunch break. You can view each different map and check out the study here.
