What do you get when you combine Tom Rowlands (of The Chemical Brothers) and Aurora? ‘Tomora‘, obviously. That’s the combination we didn’t know we needed but are now desperate to hear, and can do so at their debut shows next month.
The brand new project will kick off with a first live show at New Century Hall in Manchester on Wednesday, March 25, before a show in London at EartH Hackney the very next night on Thursday, March 26.

These two shows come ahead of their album as Tomora, which is titled COME CLOSER and drops on Friday, April 17 – right in between their two appearances at Coachella on April 12 and April 19. Following the two shows in the US, they will then play a run of festival appearances across mainland Europe in the summer – these were announced before their identity had been revealed, leading to speculation on who Tomora could be.
Tomora have released three singles from COME CLOSER, and you can listen to RING THE ALARM, THE THING, and the title track from the record now.
Speaking on the new album on their Instagram page, Tomora said: “COME CLOSER is everything we dreamt of. We made it without obligation or expectation, just a joy in creation. It’s the sound where we meet, the landing zone of our musical escape pods. It is a special place to us. We hope you dig it as much as we do.”
When do tickets to see Tomora go on sale?
Tickets to see Tomora at either of their intimate UK shows go on general sale on Friday, February 13 at 10am. There will also be a pre-sale commencing on Tuesday, February 13 at the same time, which you can gain access to by pre-ordering COME CLOSER here by 11:59am on Sunday, February 8.
