Even if you’re not catching a train, Paddington Station is definitely worth seeing in all its glory. A marvel of Victorian engineering, the station is designed by the legendary Isambard Kingdom Brunel, who’s famed for creating Bristol’s iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge.

2. Meet the Paddington Bear statue
While at the station, don’t miss the adorable Paddington Bear statue, a tribute to the beloved character created by Micheal Bond. It’s the perfect photo opportunity and is the starting point of the Paddington Public Art Trail. You’ll even find a Paddington shop inside the station if you fancy stocking up on official merch, or getting some gifts for your Paddington-loving loved ones.

We’re heading back to Paddington Station as you need to check out the quirky Man in the Clock installation. This whimsical art piece by artist Robert Haskins features a man who appears to be working the worst possible work shift, ever. He is moving the clock’s hands for every single minute and hour, making sure the public below are getting the correct time continuously throughout the day.
