Bouillabaisse
A new restaurant from the owner of Chotto Matte and the Ping Pong franchise, Kurt Zdesar, Bouillabaisse will concentrate on all things seafood. Launching in early June in Mayfair, it precedes more mystery launches in the area from restaurateur Zdesar.
Vintage Salt
A new summer restaurant opening on the rooftop of Selfridges, Vintage Salt replaces the winter-themed Le Chalet. The brainchild of Des MacDonald, behind Q Grill (Camden) and Fish and Chip Shop (Islington), the restaurant-bar will be styled on a Cornish fishing village, serving seaside treats.
Mommi
Oh Mommi! Believe it or not, this new Japanese-Latin raw bar and grill in Clapham comes from the owners of renowned nightclub Infernos. Serving ceviche and sushi-style raw dishes, the restaurant will use a robata grill for cooked meat and fish.

Crosstown Doughnuts
Graduating from a Piccadilly Circus pop-up to a new permanent location on Broadwick Street in Soho, Crosstown specialises in all things doughnut. Flavours like salted caramel, banana and chocolate truffle will be accompanied by hot drinks from Assembly Coffee.
