Napoli Gang has a Valentine’s Day treat in store for us.

There is not doubt that this Valentine’s Day is going to be a little unconventional. Lockdown 3.0 means no romantic dinner dates, no spontaneous trips to Paris and certainly no Valentine’s Day fun with people outside of our support bubble. However, Napoli Gang – the delivery arm of Shoreditch restaurant Gloria 0 has found a special way to spice up our Valentine’s Day and excite our taste buds while we’re all indoors this February 14. Their iconic lemon meringue pie, famed for its wonderfully absurd meringue to pie ratio, is getting a makeover in honour of the most romantic day of the year. If you haven’t tried this pie you truly haven’t lived. Just imagine a mountain of the most delicious creamy lemon meringue atop a perfectly baked pie – it’s perfection. And it’s getting a pretty in pink transformation for Valentine’s Day!

The legends behind Gloria and Circolo Poplare opened a new Italian restaurant a few months back called Napoli Gang. It’s not the traditional dine-in eatery you may be thinking of, it’s actually a delivery-only restaurant bringing the finest pizza, pasta, and sweet treats straight to your door. Not even a national lockdown can stand in the way of Londoners and the finest Italian delicacies. On February 14, we’ll be able to order a pink lemon meringue pie from Napoli Gang for ourselves (or that special someone if we’re feeling generous).

The perfectly pink pie costs just £6 and will be available for one day only, so don’t miss your chance to try the new and potentially improved pie. Come Valentine’s Day, you can order yours here.
