Ahhh London tube strikes. This year’s been like an ongoing game of Duck, Duck, Goose, only with less aquatic birds and more hot-headed Londoners, gridlock and Uber surges.
As of today, the RMT have announced that there is likely to be a further two walkouts next month, due to concerns over safety after on-going job cuts. The walkouts will include a 16-hour strike on Sunday 5th February from 6.00pm and a 15-hour strike from 10.00am on Tuesday 7th February. Maaaan, it seems that the upcoming strikes have been split in a way to make it even more confusing for commuters to figure out how we’ll be dragging our moaning behinds to work that week. If we bother going to work at all…
Oh, and according to the Evening Standard, the RMT are also planning more strikes in March. We’re so pleased it’s becoming a monthly event…
