Summer may still be a little way off, but festival lineup announcements bring a glimpse of sunshine through the grey skies (I say this given our last day of sun for a while), letting us dream of dancing in a field once again. And when it comes to festivals, it doesn’t get bigger than Glastonbury, which has just unveiled its massive 2025 lineup.
American pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo and British band The 1975 have been confirmed as headliners for this summer’s Glastonbury Festival, organisers have announced.
Joining them is five-time Brit Award winner Charli XCX, who will take the top spot on the festival’s second stage on Saturday, June 28.

This year’s lineup also features debut Glastonbury performances from Alanis Morissette, Noah Kahan, Gracie Abrams, Lola Young, and one of the biggest US rap stars – Doechii, who will headline the West Holts stage.
Festival favourites such as Wolf Alice, Wet Leg, Fatboy Slim, Loyle Carner, and Scissor Sisters will also be returning.
Rock icon Neil Young has already been confirmed as the Saturday night headliner, while Rod Stewart will take on the coveted Sunday afternoon “legend slot.”
The sensational Raye will also play just before Neil Young on the Saturday night, following her breakthrough set on the Pyramid Stage just two years ago.
Other incredible acts announced for Glastonbury 2025 include the likes of Ezra Collective, Jorja Smith, The Libertines, The Maccabees, Franz Ferdinand, Kneecap and The Prodigy.
