Gaze at the iconic London skyline over brunch, dinner or drinks at Duck & Waffle.
The famous Duck & Waffle restaurant is located on the 40th floor of the Heron Tower and boasts the most spectacular views of the city. It is definitely up there in terms of London’s most Instagrammable restaurants, and the food is somehow just as photogenic as the venue! Not only that, Duck & Waffle is the highest 24-hour restaurant in London, offering exquisite dishes and desserts throughout the day and night. [Featured image: @duckandwaffle]
Due to Covid-19 regulations, midnight feasting has come to a halt, but you can still make the most of their European-inspired brunch, dinner and dessert menus from 8am to 10pm any day of the week. It may not be the cheapest venue, with the average meal coming to around £30, but the memories you’ll make will be priceless.

In exciting news, they’ve just announced that their brunch will now run all day, everyday (well, from 8am to 4:30pm). The brunch menu features the legendary duck and waffles, which involves crispy duck confit, fried duck egg and maple syrup all layered on top of a well-seasoned waffle. It is without a doubt their most requested dish, but if you fancy something a little more adventurous, their lobster cocktail, grilled octopus or spicy ox cheek donuts will definitely do the trick.
For an extra £25 you can make your brunch bottomless and enjoy all the Bloody Marys, Bellinis, Mimosas or Kir Royales you can consume in one sitting. I know I would.
Don’t worry if you’re planning an evening visit to the restaurant, their duck and waffles also take centre stage on their dinner menu, alongside sea bass, a whole roast chicken and other larger plates. Fortunately, their drinks list is just as well thought out as their menu. You’ll have classic cocktails, an extensive fine wine list, and lots and lots of fizz to choose from.
