How do you like your eggs in the morning? I like mine in the form of a steaming hot bowl of noodles on my way home from a night out. And luckily for me, there’s a West End eatery that’s soon to launch a brand new menu that will cater to all my late-night noodle needs.
Chop Chop by Four Seasons is a contemporary Chinese restaurant, serving up glorious grub in the basement of the Hippodrome Casino. Open until 4am daily, the late-night nook is the perfect end to any night out in the capital city.
For a limited time only (May 27 – June 9), Chop Chop are hosting a Noodle Festival, with a humongous menu dedicated to the humble noodle. The menu is certainly not for the faint-hearted – or the indecisive – as it will feature a whopping 40 noodle dishes.
Diners can expect to feast on Cantonese staples such as crispy egg noodles in black bean sauce, Singapore fried vermicelli, or a classic chow mein (if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it and all that…). Other must-try menu items include garlic prawns with glass noodles and braised rice noodles with umami duck. For the fussier Londoners amongst us, there will also be a build-your-own dream noodle bowl option – so there really is something for everyone.
Get your chopsticks at the ready, Londoners; the noods are coming.
The Noodle Festival will be running from May 27 – June 9 from 6pm-4am daily. Find out more and plan your visit here.
