The garden-inspired afternoon tea
So, what kind of verdant delights can you expect? The dishes range across an array of sweet and savoury delights, each transformed into garden features or visitors. Among others, these include:
- Smoked salmon, capers and lemon cream cheese on a cocoa ‘soil’ bed
- Crab tartar with sour cream and caviar in a beetroot basket
- A cherry-shaped Morello cheesecake decorated with a bumblebee
- A vanilla Chantilly cake shaped to resemble a miniature orchard
- A sunflower in a pot of milk chocolate crémeux, with a butterfly perched on the rim
