How do you like your eggs in the morning?
With Champagne, of course.
St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar by Searcys have announced a cracking new breakfast menu, and it features no less than twelve different egg-centric dishes.
The menu celebrates the finest British eggs and guests can order anything from coddled duck egg with Scottish smoked haddock and spinach, to runny eggs with Marmite soldiers. A fried duck egg with chorizo and potato hash also features on the menu, as well as a classic Full English.
Searcys’ Executive Chef Colin Layfield has taken the humble egg and made it truly eggstraordinary. Not only is the menu massive, but guests can also choose whether they’d prefer free-range Old Cotswold Legbar hen’s eggs, the famously orange-yolked Burford Brown, or a deliciously rich Clarence Court duck egg.
This eggstra special breakfast is available from 7-11am daily (except Sundays), and is the perfect antidote to being inside London’s most stressful tube station. This is especially true if you choose to pair your poachies with a glass of Champers or a Bloody Mary.
Perhaps you’re about to head off on a très jolie trip to Paris? Or maybe you’re after a show-off spot for a business breakfast? Pop into St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar – you’ll find it on the Grand Terrace of St Pancras International Station, N1C 4QL.
