Gordon Ramsay Burger and Harrods may just be the greatest collaboration since Mac and Cheese.
Everyone’s favourite angry chef—the one that gave us the iconic ‘idiot sandwich’ meme and quotes such as “your lamb is so undercooked it’s followed Mary to school”—is opening a new restaurant inside Harrods. The restaurant will be dedicated to gourmet burgers and is named Gordon Ramsay Burger, just in case anyone ever forgets what is on offer. These mouth-watering burgers are currently all the craze in Las Vegas‘ Planet Hollywood, and will be coming to the UK for the first time this year.
The new restaurant aims to satisfy all burger cravings using locally sourced ingredients and the Michelin star chef’s signature cooking style. We have absolutely no doubt that they will succeed and you’ll soon be able to try one for yourself inside the luxury department store in Knightsbridge.
One item of the menu has been causing quite the stir, as it was recently announced that Ramsay would be serving a burger for £80. Sure, it features seared wagyu sirloin, truffle Pecorino cheese, cep mayonnaise and added black truffle, but eighty! whole! pounds! There’ll also be a cheaper-but-still-extortionate lobster and shrimp burger for £42, as well as hotdogs for £21.

For a more reasonable price, you’ll find Dubliner cheese, bacon, and fried egg inside the Farmhouse Burger and American cheese, butter lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onions filling the Backyard Burger. There will also be an array of scrumptious sides, secret sauces and American-style milkshakes on the menu. Anyone else already salivating?
The restaurant will open on December 4 and bookings are now live. Check their website for updates.
When it arrives, you’ll find Gordon Ramsay Burger at 87-135 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, SW1X 7XL.
