They have Bombay style breakfast, lunch and dinner to quell your cravings at any time of day. So, whether it’s one of their famous bacon naan rolls, their signature black daal, or even a jackfruit biryani—Dishoom have all your bases covered. And everything’s best-served topped off with a house chai, of course. (If you know, you know.)
Over the course of the lockdown, Dishoom have been keeping us busy by uploading a number of their mouth-watering recipes. You can find these not-so-secret how-tos scattered across their Instagram page, including everything you need for their signature house chai. Alternatively, you can get your hands on their legendary cookbook featuring “recipes for almost everything on our menu”. Titled Dishoom: From Bombay with Love, the book functions as a love letter of sorts to old Bombay, focusing on the food, culture, and history of the city.
You can order Dishoom via Deliveroo now.
