In honour of National Prosecco Day this weekend, Italian tapas restaurant Como Garden will be giving away free bottomless brunch (or, more accurately, free bottomless Prosecco) to anyone dining between 12 and 5pm on Sunday, August 13.
Anyone who purchases a meal at this stunning Kensington restaurant will be offered an hour and a half of Italian fizz at no extra cost. Tuck into antipasti, pasta, meats and seafood, and wash it down with the sweet, sweet taste of free Prosecco Adalina, which comes straight from Italy’s iconic Veneto hills.
It’ll come as no surprise that Como Garden gets its name from the gorgeous Lake Como in Italy’s Lombardy region, and the restaurant’s interiors will truly transport you there. The plants and foliage bring the outside in, so you can enjoy a garden dining experience whatever the weather.
The menu boasts an array of Italian tapas like pesto beef carpaccio with parmesan, or fresh homemade pasta dishes including lobster & datterino tomato tortelloni and gnocchi stuffed with pesto & mozzarella. And, if you’re doing things properly, you’ll still have another couple of courses left in you after that. Their signature dishes include parmesan steak tartare and a lovely octopus with gremolata and roast potatoes. And the dessert menu features an Italian cheeseboard as well as their crowd-pleasing tiramisu.
The small print is indeed very small, with the only catch being that you do still have to pay for your food. But the offer of free Prosecco is valid for both walk-ins and pre-booked tables – and since they’ll be acting on a first come first served basis, it’s probably wise to reserve a table.
