Taking your baby abroad for the first time is such an exciting time, but it’s not without cost nor admin — what good in life is? The happy news is, parents booking their baby’s first holiday can knock £66.50 off the price with easyJet holidays, which happens to be the exact cost of a child’s first passport if you apply online. The offer runs from today, Thursday 22 October, until 11pm on Thursday 26 November 2026, and here’s how to claim it.
How the saving works
This is not a passport refund. Instead, easyJet takes the £66.50 off the price of your holiday, and you still have to apply for and pay for the passport yourself (they may be covering the cost, but we can’t have everything).
From one parent to another: start thinking about baby’s passport early. For starters, it’s not easy to snap a photo of a child who can barely keep their eyes open, and it only gets worse once they start wriggling away from you. But it’s the lighting you’ll find trickiest. The best tip I heard is to lay them flat on a white or light bed sheet. Don’t worry, the rules are more relaxed for little ones, and smiles are generally tolerated (boo to being a grown-up).

A UK child’s first passport costs £66.50 online, or £80 via postal application from the Post Office, and is valid for five years. It currently takes about three weeks, so leave yourself enough time before you fly. The discount matches the online fee only, and delivery costs are not included.
How to claim it:
- Book an easyJet holiday through the website or a travel agent before the deadline.
- Enter FIRSTPASSPORT on the “extras” page at easyJet.com/holidays, or give the code to your travel agent when you book.
- The child must be travelling on their first passport, and under 2 years old on the day of travel.
The small print
The code covers new bookings made before 26 November 2026 for holidays completed by 31 October 2028, so you can book now for a trip well into the future (as long as your child will still be under two).
Only one promo code is allowed per booking, so always be savvy and check whether another offer would save you more. The £66.50 is deducted from the total holiday price.
The offer comes as easyJet reports a 10% rise in infants travelling this year compared with 2025. A spokesperson for the company said the aim is to help families start making memories sooner, alongside its family-friendly hotels and free kids’ places on selected holidays.
Full terms are on the easyJet holidays first passport page.
