Das auf philippinische Fusionsküche spezialisierte Rapsa hat zwei Londoner Außenstellen: 100 Hoxton und Play Archway. Kapihan ist ein weiteres familiengeführtes Unternehmen, das sich von seinem philippinischen Erbe und seinen Großeltern inspirieren lässt.
