The liquid nitrogen connoisseurs have just opened their new dessert club in Soho. New creations include a Choux-wich that sandwiches pistachio and olive oil ice cream between a fluffy choux bun. Or try their new avocado ice cream or sticky toffee pudding sundaes? Everything sounds wacky but is sure to be equally as wonderful.

2. Milk Train, Covent Garden

Milk Train’s deluxe soft-serve ice cream comes in quirky flavours like matcha and toppings like rainbow sprinkles and Oreos. Even better – all their cones are surrounded by candyfloss. A huge cloud of sugary joy that’ll have everyone staring after you with envy.

Another champion of the soft-serve game, don’t expect a standard Mr Whippy but instead choose from a sundae, cone, freakshake or cup, and flavours like vanilla affogato, espresso or matcha. They also do huge clouds of candyfloss with popping candy to really feed your inner child.

This plant based and vegan friendly frozen yoghurt joint will leave you immensely satisfied and with zero feelings of guilt because, hello, plant-based A.K.A healthy. Maybe not with all those optional soy brownies and creamy choco cookies but hey, we tried.

5. Udderlicious, Islington and Covent Garden

This independent ice cream parlour in Islington makes all their sweet treats in store. All the ice cream is organic and includes flavours like Cinnamon Bun and Raspberry Cheesecake. Who knew macaron ice cream sandwiches could prove to be so popular? Well, these guys, whose Soho market stall and weekend appearances at Siam Eatery generate big queues. Arrive early to sample flavours such as French Toast, Mint Brownie and Red Velvet. Flavours change fortnightly so it’s worth checking their Instagram beforehand.

7. Sloane Brothers, Brick Lane

British fat-free frozen yoghurt never looked so tempting. Go in and choose to have it in a tub or one of their temptingly soft crepes and fill up with toppings and sauces till your heart’s content. Psst! They even have a Dulce De Leche froyo flavour.

8. Four Winters, Soho, Notting Hill and South Kensington

Combining art and technology to create a super cool ice cream experience, this store serves up big flavours like Rose Lokum and Marshmallow Passion with lots of sauce and topping options. They even have flavour fusions with mix-ins like German Chocolate Cake or Cookie Dough.
