A ‘Willows On The Roof’ Winter Terrace Has Opened On Oxford Street And It Looks Magical

Yep, their adverts have us in floods of tears annually and without fail. This year, they’re going the extra mile to get us feeling festive, with the return of their winter rooftop on Oxford Street.

Be wowed as you admire the glorious makeover at one of London’s largest rooftop bars, filled with places to relax by sitting down with hot drinks, a seasonal cocktails and food courtesy of Giz’n’Green; all while taking in the panoramic views across central London

Boasting a ginormous Christmas tree as its centrepiece, alongside an impressive collection of fairy lights, Willows on the Roof is the perfect spot to kickstart, continue or close out your festive season.

Book yourself into one of their private, chalet-inspired cabins which offer up a cosy mainstay for you and friends to enjoy winter up in the London sky. There are three available to book, and each offers capacity for 4-9 people. Plus, you can take advantage of the large outdoor lounge area, which offers catering for 12 seated guest. Or, you can take up the offer of venue hire for up to 80 people, where a full set Christmas menu is provided.

But on the regular nights, guests will be treated to mouth-watering pizza from chef Gizzi Erskine and rapper Professor Green, who happen to be best friends and business partners. Giz’n’Green present a fine array of stuffed crust pizzas, from meatball marinara to honey trap. And, for non-pizza lovers (they do exist), there’s a Market Salad Bar that allows guests to build their own salad whilst starters include a cobble lane mixed charcuterie board, courgetti fritti and BBQ wings.

Undoubtedly, many will be delighted by the classy cocktail menu, offering classic recipes with a twist. Be sure to sip on the “Gingerbread Sour”, a blend of Bombay Sapphire Gin, Campari, Cinzano Vermouth Rosso 1757, winter spices and orange; or opt for the Mulled Gin & Juice”, which mixes Mulled Spiced Organic Somerset Apple Juice, Bombay Bramble Sapphire Gin and lemon juice.

This exciting new winter installation is definitely worth a visit.
