Gretchen, stop trying to make pink food happen! It’s not going to happen.
Except that, thanks to the PR-hunting pop culture fiends over at Uber Eats, it is happening. In honour of the fifteenth anniversary of ever-quotable Mean Girls, the food delivery service have launched an all-pink menu, available only on Wednesday, May 1st. Because of course, “on Wednesdays, we wear pink”.

Candidly, it’s a menu that says “Boo, you whore” to refined dining, but the collaboration between Uber Eats and Twisted London certainly is eye-catching. All the food you never knew you wanted is here, including a glitter burger with pink cheese sauce, a Brutus vs. Caesar salad, glittery mac n’ cheese, and rainbow cake. We’ll take four slices, please, and none for Gretchen Wieners.
Really, this is why Uber Eats’ menu is so big – it’s full of secrets. Helpfully, since it’s delivery only, it also sidesteps any “you can’t sit with us” drama. You’ll be able to get it on May 1st whilst stocks lost, but if it proves to be a runaway success, I can see it making a reappearance on October 3rd.
Yes, the cynic in you may scoff at the notion of pink food, but when the full spread turns up at your door, I’m willing to bet the limit does not exist when it comes to your appetite.
Find it on the Uber Eats app on May 1st, with items starting from £3.
