There’s A Full Trailer For ‘Toy Story 4’, And We Simply Can’t Handle It

Alex Landon Alex Landon - Editor

Toy Story 4

We’re not crying, you’re crying.

Who’s ready to be put through the emotion wringer once more? The first full trailer has been released for Toy Story 4, and it’s bringing out All The Emotions. With the return of Woody, Buzz, Jessie, and the gang, along with a couple of new faces, it’s one of the most anticipated films of 2019 – and here’s your first look. Oh, and it’s set to ‘God Only Knows’, because you weren’t weeping already:

Putting a Pixar spin on the road trip formula, the film sees the toys on a family trip with new owner Bonnie, and her newest creation: Forky (Arrested Development’s Tony Hale). In the midst of an existential crisis about whether he’s a fork or a toy, Forky and Woody are pitched into a crisis, one which needs the help of the returning Bo Peep to solve it.

New voices joining the cast include Jordan Peele and Keegan-Michael Key as Bunny and Ducky, and Christina Hendricks as main villain Gabby Gabby – with a team of ventriloquist dummy sidekicks that are certain to inadvertantly induce nightmares. Most improbably, Keanu Reeves joins the cast, playing a pint-sized 70s stuntman named Duke Caboom (into it). It hits UK cinemas on June 21st, and whilst the first three films set an exceptionally high bar, we’re expecting critical and commercial adoration to follow quicker than you can say “to infinity, and beyond!”.
