If you were planning the ideal film for the long-awaited, much-hyped return of new releases to London’s cinemas, you really couldn’t do much better than the latest twisty, head-scratching blockbuster from Christopher Nolan. Happily, Tenet arrives on the big screen on August 26 – the first new release in UK cinemas since March – and we’ve got cheap tickets lined up for you to see it.
Yep, blockbusters are back, and they don’t come much bigger than Tenet. For one thing, check out the cast: John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Clémence Poésy, Kenneth Branagh, Himesh Patel, and Nolan favourite Michael Caine all feature. For another thing, Tenet looks all set to provide the mind-bending thrills we’ve come to expect from a Christoper Nolan joint, with the small matters of time travel, international espionage, and human extinction all on the agenda.
