Somerset House’s annual series of live outdoor gigs at London’s coolest courtyard is making its return once again this summer and the lineup has just been announced.
The Summer Series has been one of London’s most popular festivals set in the heart of the city, in a frankly drop-dead gorgeous setting, since its launch in 2023. Somerset House Summer Series with American Express year after year delivers an eclectic line-up featuring emerging artists along with some of the industry’s most influential acts and this year is no different.
When is it?
The Somerset House Summer Series takes place from July 11-21 at Somerset House’s stunning Fountain Court. Each night will see an act take to the stage to perform a spectacular show.
Who’s playing?
Kicking off the 10-day music festival R&B’s rising star Pip Millett on Thursday, July 11. This year’s performance by Pip will mark her return to the Summer Series after an electric show in 2022 supporting Ghetts. Other names you can expect to see include the outstanding double-Grammy-winning Corinne Bailey Rae performing her critically acclaimed album Black Rainbows.
Also on the lineup is neo-soul rapper Smino who’ll be bringing their funky hip-hop whimsical wordplay to Somerset House, along with The Big Moon, Cory Henry, The Amazons and many more amazing artists. Here’s the full line-up and dates for 2024’s Summer Series:
