1. The competition runs from 12pm, November 24, 2022 to 11:59pm, November 28, 2022.
  2. The prizes are provided and delivered by Hyde Park Winter Wonderland (IMG UK Ltd) and the promotion is operated by Secret London (Kzemos UK, LTD), who operate this website.
  3. To enter the competition, entrants must be following both Secret London and Hyde Park Winter Wonderland on Instagram, tag a friend in the comments, and share Secret London’s Instagram post to their Instagram story.
  4. The winners will be chosen at random, from all correct entries.
  5. You must agree to the terms and conditions to be eligible.
  6. One entry per person. Secret London reserves the right to exclude duplicate entries.
  7. Entrants must be over 18 and based in the mainland UK.
  8. Employees of the prize provider, the promoter, or their friends and family are not eligible, either.
  9. The prize entitles you to entry tickets, ice skating, Giant Wheel tickets, and access to the Magical Ice Kingdom, for two people.
  10. There is one prize to be won.
  11. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged, and there is no monetary alternative.
  12. Prizes are subject to availability.
  13. We will contact the winners as soon as their names are drawn. If we have not received a reply from a winner within 48 hours after initial contact, the prize will be forfeit, and an alternate winner selected.
  14. Entrant’s information will be temporarily and securely stored for the purpose of administering the competition. All winners will receive one Instagram message from Fever confirming their successful entry, and a request to share contact details with Winter Wonderland to organise prize delivery; after this, all personal data will be discarded.
  15. If you choose to opt-in to further Secret London emails, your details will be stored securely by Kzemos Ltd. for the purposes of communicating with you in the future.
  16. Secret London accepts no liability for any loss or damage that results from the prize.
  17. Secret London reserves the right to modify the rules to this competition if circumstances beyond our control require it. Secret London accepts no liability for loss or damage caused by alterations or cancellation of the prize.
  18. You can request the names of the winners by writing to Secret London, Fever, LABS, 54-56 Camden Lock Place, Camden Town, London, NW1 8AF and including a stamped self-addressed envelope, or emailing hello@secretldn.com, after December 5, 2022.
