The Queen of Hoxton in Shoreditch is back, after a looong two year hiatus, with the season’s pinkest, prettiest, petal-adorned rooftop – bringing a cherry blossom garden to the skies of East London. No more running around London in search of the perfect cherry blossom backdrop for Instagram, just head straight for the Queen of Hoxton.
Step off the street, up the winding stairs where the cherry blossom motifs tease what awaits, and into a tranquil garden perfect for hanging out with friends, going on dates, or simply taking in the gorgeous backdrop of London beneath lanterns and perfectly preened cherry blossoms.
Hidden away from the streets of Shoreditch, it’s more than just a pretty face, with a plethora of themed cocktails to choose from. The Yuzu Cute mixes beefeater gin with yuzu, lychee, and Prosecco for the perfect refreshing treat, while the Candy Girl sweetens things up with a blend of choya sake, sauvignon blanc, eldeflower, and egg white for a sweet, light-as-a-cloud drink. And of course there’s the namesake Cherry Blossom cocktail that mixes together rum, vodka, sake, orange, and pineapple to enhance those summer rooftop vibes. There’s also a range of true-to-theme burgers and sides (spicy prawn crackers anyone?) so you can spend the whole night amongst the blossoms.
Of course, in true Queen of Hoxton style, they’ll be keeping things exciting with a range of events throughout the summer. You’ll have plenty of excuses to keep coming back to while away the evening in this rooftop oasis, even if it’s just for that one last photo.
