Busy saving lives at the moment? Qatar Airways want to thank you with free flights.
Doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff from across the globe have worked ceaselessly to combat the coronavirus pandemic, and whilst the world has been recognising their efforts with applause and thanks, those who’re able to do a little more are beginning to step up. Qatar Airways have announced that they’ll be giving 100,000 complimentary tickets to healthcare workers who’ve been helping to keep the world safe during the outbreak.
To show their appreciation for the “tremendous efforts and incredible resilience” of healthcare workers, Qatar Airways will be sending people across the globe. Any healthcare professional who submits their details on the airline’s website could net themselves a pair of round trip tickets in Economy Class, giving themselves and a companion a holiday to any destination that the airline flies to – including places such as São Paulo, Sydney, and Singapore (and yes, that’s just the “s” destinations).
If your are a healthcare worker, first of all, thank you! And second of all, you’ll need to submit some details of your profession, including the hospital you work at and a professional ID number, to be in with a chance of winning. You can enter the giveaway here, and fingers crossed you’ll be the one jetting off to far-flung destinations before too long.
