Yup, that’s right folks. Nickelback is, well, Nickel-back. The band you love to hate (or hate to love) have not only put out a new album – their tenth studio album, Get Rollin’. They’ve also recently announced a huge European tour for 2024.
After a hugely successful North American run this year, the European tour is set to hit 12 cities across eight countries. And, yes, they’ve got a date in London in there too – so mark that calendar for May 21, 2024!
Nickelback said: “We can’t wait to get back to Europe and see everyone. It’s been far too long, and these will be incredibly special shows for us.”
Nickelback are mostly known for their award-winning hits ‘How You Remind Me’, ‘Photograph’, ‘Far Away’, and ‘Rockstar’. Smash hit ‘How You Remind Me’ was named Billboard’s ‘Top Rock Song of the Decade’ and was the number-one most-played song on U.S. radio (any format) in the 2000’s according to Nielsen Soundscan, with over 1.2 million spins.
Nickelback’s first album in five years, Get Rollin’ was released on November 18, 2022 and debuted at #2 across the Current Rock, Alternative, Hard Music and Digital Album charts. Shortly after its release, Nickelback celebrated another career milestone by being inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
