Ah, February, to many, it’s a month of relief. The longest month of the year (January, of course) is finally over, and now we can breeze our way through the short and sweet few weeks of February. But that doesn’t mean we’re resting on our laurels! Instead, we’ll be heading out and about in London to check out some of the capital’s most exciting new restaurant openings.

1. The Good Front Room (Opens February 5)

🍽️ What is it? Chef Dominic Taylor, winner of Five Star Kitchen: Britain’s Next Great Chef, finally opens his first permanent site, serving modern Caribbean cuisine.
😋 What to order? Bring friends and start with Dom’s famous Rum & Raisin Pork Belly Strips. Then share the Whole Jerk Chicken for two or the Seafood Boil, and finish with the Sweet Potato Sticky Toffee Pudding.

2. San Hao (Opens February 6)

🍽️ What is it? A noodle atelier that is the result of a new collaboration between renowned Asian chef Daren Liew (Hakkasan, Duddells, Nanyang Blossom) and the team behind YiQi, The Eight, and Dozo.
😋 What to order? Grab some fried dumplings to start before tucking into the Golden Roe Chilli Crab noodles or the Wagyu Dan Dan

3. Napoli on the Road Soho (Opens February 19)
🍽️ What is it? One of the world’s best pizzas is coming to a brand new central London location, making it easier than ever before to try.
😋 What to order? Grab a margherita to find out why Chef Michele Pascarella was voted the best pizza maker in the world, and be sure to grab one of the unique specials.

4. Sireli at Signature Brew Blackhorse Road (Opens February 19)

🍽️ What is it? A new food offering on the Blackhorse Beer Mile serving Armenian fare that has already proven popular around London.
😋 What to order? Grab the Combo ‘Taste of Armenia’ sharing platter to try a variety of their foods, or graze on some Loaded Feta Fries while you chomp down on the sumac-dusted Sireli Burger.

5. Simpson’s In The Strand (First phase opens February)

🍽️ What is it? a nearly 200-year-old London dining institution returns – spread across five floors, with two restaurants, two bars, and a large event space. It’s set to open in phases throughout the year.
😋 What to order? Depends where you are and what opens first. If you’re at Simpson’s Bar, grab a classic martini. Or if you’re in Romano’s, enjoy some casual “English dining… with continental flair”.
