With 10 new Crossrail stations set to be built across London for the opening of the Elizabeth Line in December 2018, Crossrail have released a series of artistic impressions which illustrate what they intend the stations to look like.

Earlier this year, the Elizabeth Line route was released. Now we get to see a sneak preview of what the Central and Southeast stations will look like. A major design exhibition launches today at the Royal Institute of British Architects – you can visit for free if you want an insight of the new railway, stations and public spaces.

All the stations will have step-free access and will be fully integrated with TfL’s existing network, aiming to provide seamless travel for commuters.
