Bone Daddies is slowly taking over London with their much-loved ramen eateries. Adding to their already impressive roster of restaurants, they’re now bringing new Bone Daddies locations to High Street Kensington and Waterloo. The Waterloo restaurant will find its home at The Sidings project, a new social eating, drinking, and shopping experience taking over the old Eurostar terminal at Waterloo station. Meanwhile the High Street Kensington location will see the existing Flesh & Buns venue transformed into a proper Bone Daddies restaurant.
This year has seen the ramen brand showcasing a huge variety of wild and impressive monthly specials. Collaborations have included famed New York ramen legend Ivan Ramen, craft beer legends DEYA Brewing, Mamma Pastrama, and more. And as they expand, they’re going back to their roots. Back after a break from the business, the OG Head Chef is back in charge of the menu again.
Said Bone Daddies founder Demetri Tomazos:
“2022 is a big year for us, as we celebrate 10 years since we launched the first ever Bone Daddies ramen bar on Peter Street in Soho and the return of our original head chef Tom Moxon who re-joined us from sabbatical as executive chef for ramen at the start of the year.”
The ramen eateries will hit High Street Kensington in August, while the Waterloo branch is slated for an October launch. The two new locations brings the total to nine venues in London. With the ramen group entering their tenth year of operation, is a tenth location also on the cards? Only time will tell.
