Good news, the days are finally getting longer. In fact, tomorrow is the last 5pm sunset until October, so it’s only lighter evenings to look forward to from a while now. So if you’re looking to make the most of this by heading out on the town, here are all the disruptions you should be aware of this weekend.
National Rail
Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 February: There will be no national rail services from London King’s Cross or Moorgate stations.
Northern line
Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 February: No service between Morden and Kennington, including during Friday and Saturday Night Tube. Use alternative Tube services or local/replacement bus routes.
Jubilee line
Saturday 7 into Sunday 8 February: Trains will not stop at Baker Street from 02:30 until 04:30 during Saturday Night Tube. For Jubilee line Night Tube services, use local bus routes 13 or N113 to/from St John’s Wood or bus route 139 to/from Bond Street. This is due to track work.
London Overground
Windrush line
Saturday 7 into Sunday 8 February: Trains will not stop at Surrey Quays during Saturday Night Overground services and all-day Sunday. Use local bus routes 47, 188 or 199 to/from Canada Water on Saturday night. Rail replacement buses will run on Sunday between Canada Water and New Cross Gate.
Sunday 8 February: There is no service between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction. Use Tube or rail services, or local bus routes. Rail replacement buses will run between Canada Water and Clapham Junction.
Elizabeth line
Sunday 8 February: No service between Paddington and Ealing Broadway until 07:45 Use Tube services or local/replacement bus routes. Reduced service between Paddington and Maidenhead/Heathrow. Trains will not stop at Burnham and Taplow.
DLR
Sunday 8 February: No service between Tower Gateway and Shadwell. Use Tube or London Overground services, or local bus routes. This is due to third-party engineering works.
