Bourne & Hollingsworth has transformed into an Espresso Martini garden for one month only.
Focused on sustainability, this wholesome pop-up will serve up a brilliant selection of Espresso Martinis, surrounded by gorgeous greenery supplied by The Little Botanical. But it’s not all about its dashing good looks: the bar will also provide an excellent opportunity for guests to learn about the different ways they can recycle their coffee grounds, instead of contributing to the 500,000 tonnes of spent coffee grounds that are sent to landfill each year.
B&H Buildings is already pretty ‘grammable, but it’s greener than ever now that dozens of houseplants and succulents have taken over the space. In keeping with the pop-ups stance on sustainability, the bar turns the coffee used in their martinis into compost for the plants – as well as donating any extra grounds to UpCircle, the natural and organic skincare brand, so it can be used in their products.

The cocktail menu is full of classics and quirky takes on the Espresso Martini, including a Chocolate Orange Espresso Martini, a Nutty Espresso Martini, as well as decaf versions for those of you who are excitable enough as it is. To make your drinks extra special, guests can also visit the garnish station to add a lovely, personal touch.
