A brand new cinema will appear in Victoria Embankment Gardens next week, exclusively for the London Film Festival. It will have the capacity to host 780 people, meaning it will become one of the biggest cinemas in London, though only for 12 days. It will have proper cinema-style seating, big ass Dolby surround sound and 4k digital projection. It promises to be super swish and fancy, and actors and directors are bound to be in attendance.
The festival goes on from October 5-16 and will be showing over 200 films across the 12 day period. The films will include: Lion, starring Nicole Kidman and Dev Patel; La La Land, starring Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone; and Nocturnal Animals, starring Jake Gyllenhaal.
