The fun begins the second you enter this enchanting winter wonderland, which is found a short train ride away in south west London. You’ll be greeted by sparkling cherry trees and other dazzling displays. Journey through the Seven Acres and Rock Garden to see their spectacular shrubs in all their glory, before making your way to the Wisteria Walk where twinkling lights will guide the way.

The star of the show is definitely the gigantic Glasshouse. Expect festive installations both inside and out, including a projected light show, horticultural display, and arguably the most stunning Christmas tree around. Festive music will help to set the mood during your visit and there’ll be plenty more surprises in store at this magical garden.

In addition, there are plenty of fabulous places to pick up a bite if you work up an appetite along the trail. The Terrace Restaurant serves traditional Christmas dinners with all the trimmings, or head to the Food Hall for some delicious food and mulled wine. Alternatively, you could visit the Garden Centre for festive treats, gifts and anything else you may need to get into the Christmas spirit!
