Just like the girls, you may not need any good advice – but I’m going to give you some anyway. Girls Aloud are currently in the midst of making the ultimate comeback with their nationwide arena tour. But their long hot summer isn’t stopping there. They’ll be returning to the capital city on July 2 to perform an oh-so-exclusive gig at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. And here’s how you can nab yourself a ticket.
So, I’ll give you the good news first. The gig is completely free to attend, and there are 700 pairs of tickets up for grabs. The slightly less good news? You need to be a Virgin Media Broadband or O2 mobile customer to be eligible to enter the ticket prize draw. It turns out money can’t buy you happiness or Girls Aloud tickets.
Priority is giving the ever-so lucky ticket winners the unique opportunity to see the award-winning girl band perform some of their best-loved hits, up-close-and-personal. The tickets will be available to a randomly selected group of ballot winners. The ballot is open now and will close at 1:59pm on June 21, 2024.
Girls Aloud member, Kimberley Walsh, said: “We can’t wait to perform our favourite songs in an intimate setting with fans at the Priority gig. It’s going to be a really special evening and we can’t wait to see some of you there!”
I think that might just be the sound of the underground I can hear in the distance…
