Unless you’ve been living a TV and internet-free life of late, you’ll know that Saturday Night Live has successfully made its way across the Atlantic to make a successful UK launch.
Foo Fighters and MEEK have been announced as the next musical guests for the show, with the schedule now set for episodes five and six on April 25 and May 2, respectively.
Dave Grohl and co. will perform live on April 25, with Nicola Coughlan (of Derry Girls and Bridgerton fame) on hosting duties. Foo Fighters’ appearance marks the first booking of an international act in the music slot, with the first four episodes seeing British artists performing.
On May 2, British singer-songwriter MEEK will perform for the sixth episode, with Aimee Lou Wood (The White Lotus, Sex Education)
Wet Leg, Wolf Alice, Kasabian, and, most recently, Jorja Smith have all played on the show so far, which is set to run for nine episodes in its first UK season.

It’s not just about the music on SNL, though, and you’ll no doubt have seen a frankly insane number of sketches hitting the ‘net from the current crop of talent recruited by team SNL.
