Summer music doesn’t come much better than Empire Of The Sun, so it checks out that they’ve just announced a huge run of shows across Europe in the middle of this year. On the ‘Ask That God’ tour, they’ll roll into town to play three giant shows at London’s Alexandra Palace on Wednesday June 24, Friday, June 26, and Saturday, June 27.
Initally, it was announced that Empire Of The Sun would play one show in the capital, with the Saturday show being confirmed last week. After huge demand, another was added for the day before, and today, a third show on June 24 has been revealed. The London shows come alongside shows in Cardiff, Halifax, and Dublin on their UK & Ireland run, as well as gigs in Paris, Vienna, Zurich, and more.
Announcing the news on their IG page, the band said: “Empyreans of Europe… The Empire Returns! We had such an amazing experience with our European and UK fans last summer that we want to share the love again, so we are back and excited to announce our 2026 European Tour.
“Let’s continue sharing the powerful message of music. For those of you who missed us in the past, here’s your invitation. Ask That God Europe Tour 2026! To those who already met us we can’t wait to do it again, bigger and better.”
As they touch on above, Empire Of The Sun played a huge show in London last summer, headlining the Labyrinth On The Thames series at the Old Royal Naval College.
